A person reads every message that arrives at help@simpleinvite.app. There is no queue robot, no ticket number, and no first-line script.

SimpleInvite is a small operation, so we answer in the order messages arrive rather than by a stated response time. If something is stopping an event going out, say so at the top of your message and we will pick it up first.

What helps us answer on the first try

  • The name of the event, and the email address you signed in with.
  • What you were doing when it went wrong, and what you saw instead of what you expected.
  • The name of a guest it affected, if it is about one person's invite or answer.
  • A screenshot, if there is one — it usually saves a round trip.
  • What you want to happen: a fix, a refund, someone removed, or an answer to a question.

Never send us a password. We will never ask for one.

    The host who invited you can remove you in one action, and that is the fastest way. If you would rather not ask them, write to us with the event and the number or address you were invited on.

    Write to us with the event name. We refund a cancelled event and anything our own failure caused.
